JOB DESCRIPTION:​

• The job as a customer service is to receive orders from the customers and then send the list of orders to the supplier or dealer

• Take each customer's data such as customer name, home address, number of orders taken and the typeof product purchased

• Ensure that the products purcased by the customer reach the customer safely

• To be an intermediary between the customer and the seller  or supplier if there are any problems

REFLECTION:

What I gained Frm this e-commerce course, I was able to learn how to do business well either in physical or onlne. I alsio know the procedures before starting a new business by registerring SSM as a trader. Not only that, in this coursr we also have been taught how to atract customers through attractive promotions and advertising via social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and so on. This course has also taught me how to create a website for the products sold to make it easier for customers to place orders.
