What I gained from this e-commerce learning outcome is that there are no geographical limitations, this is because the network is global so we can grow businesses anywhere. Therefore, I am able to gain various advantages as we can offer more information to customers and can save time. Moreover, the existing website is more convenient as it is available all day, meaning customers can visit the store at any time. Indirectly, the development of commerce is very fast because the accessibility of the internet can facilitate the relationship between the company and the customer. Hopefully the knowledge and experience gained can be used when the time comes.
